Split-level loft on two floors. Loft O3 is one of eight that are part of the Q6B LOFTS building situated on the boundary between the Chamartin and Salamanca districts. The layout is simple and comfortable. Found in a magnificent location, close to the most important shopping district in Madrid, the National Concert Hall and the Paseo de la Castellana, with access to parking, metro and bus routes all within the immediate vicinity.

Loft O3 is one of eight residences in the Q6B LOFTS building, a former bed factory situated in the heart of the old city of Madrid in the La Prosperidad neighborhood, part of the Chamartin district, at the boundary with the Salamanca district. The architectonic adaptation and design are the work the firm Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos, winners of the 2012 Architectural Digest Prize for the best architects’ studio in Spain. In this project, the architect has kept in mind the dual principles of comfort and functionality which are essential if one needs to live temporarily away from home without missing one’s home comforts.

Intended for stays of all kinds, Loft O3 is fully furnished and equipped. Bed linen is provided. It is laid out on two levels, the upper (mezzanine) as a gallery around the perimeter, with a 105 cm wide sofa-bed. On the lower floor there is a double bed (150cm), for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and kitchenware. This space has plenty of sunlight and is fully insulated for sound, ensuring that one’s rest and relaxation are guaranteed. Thanks to its solar-powered heating and air conditioning system (summer and winter) there are no radiators or A/C units. The property has a number of fitted wardrobes. In addition, the property has a small multipurpose storage space located in the building’s storage room.

All technology needs are covered, as it offers Internet connection by fiber-optic cable and Wi-Fi, and a home automation system.

The following facilities are provided free of charge, to make your stay more comfortable: own storage room, private gym, laundry and video lending service, as well as a full set of furnishings and fittings for babies and small children.

SINGULARENTALS will be pleased to provide the following optional services: parking, transfer upon arrival to and departure from Madrid, cleaning and ironing on days of your choosing, etc.
