LOFT B2 is a property with all of the classic features of a loft: a large well-lit space on the ground floor with wide windows and high ceilings. On the first floor one enters a space with natural light that has a sliding panel from floor to ceiling to create a separate bedroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a large gardened terrace with ipe wood decking, sun loungers, parasols and a dining table. In the early 20th century on a vacant lot in the Salamanca district a workshop and two residential properties were built for a sculptor, originally intended as listed buildings, but later converted into an automobile assembly plant. From this starting point, the developer LOFTSPAIN entrusted the firm NIETO SOBEJANO ARQUITECTOS to carry out what was to carry out what would prove to be a brilliant renovation work and become A21 LOFTS, launched in 2013.
LOFT B2 is part of set of 12 lofts with parking and storage spaces, most of which are managed by SINGULARENTALS. The property can accommodate up to 6 people.
