Loft O4 is one of eight residences in the Q6B LOFTS building, a former bed factory situated in the heart of the old city of Madrid in the La Prosperidad neighborhood, part of the Chamartin district, at the boundary with the Salamanca district. Despite its industrial origins, the property’s adaptation carried out by Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos, Prize for the best architecture studio in Spain, is an ingenious and functional solution to its irregularly-shaped ground floor, enhancing its comfort and functionality, making it a home away from home for its temporary occupants.

Loft O4 is fully furnished and equipped and bed linens are provided. It is laid out on two levels, the upper floor (mezzanine) as a gallery around its perimeter. The property can accommodate up to four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and kitchenware. This spacious property is fully insulated for sound, ensuring that one’s rest and relaxation are guaranteed. Thanks to its solar-powered heating and air conditioning system (summer and winter) there are no radiators or A/C units. The property has a number of fitted wardrobes. All technology needs are covered, as it offers Internet connection by fiber-optic cable and Wi-Fi, and a home automation system.

The following facilities are provided free of charge, to make your stay more comfortable: own storage room, private gym, laundry and video lending service, as well as a full set of furnishings and fittings for babies and small children.
