LOFT C4 is a property with all of the classic features of a loft: a large space full of natural light with large windows. A large sliding panel makes it possible to create a separate bedroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a large gardened terrace with ipe wood decking, sun loungers, parasols and a dining table. Light, space, peace and quiet with a well-balanced design all come together to make this the perfect space for living and relaxing that we all have sought at some time.


In the early 20th century on a vacant lot in the Salamanca district a workshop and two residential properties were built for a sculptor, originally intended as listed buildings, but later converted into an automobile assembly plant. From this starting point, the developer LOFTSPAIN entrusted the firm NIETO SOBEJANO ARQUITECTOS to carry out what would prove to be a brilliant renovation work and become A21 LOFTS, launched in 2013.

Loft C4 is part of set of 12 lofts with parking and storage spaces, most of which are managed by SINGULARENTALS. The property can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Retiro park is 9 minutes away on foot.

SINGULARENTALS places at your disposal a full set of fixtures and fittings for babies and children as well as a DVD borrowing service (both complimentary). Nuestros clientes están atendidos por SINGULARENTALS tanto a la llegada a la vivienda  (check-in) como a la salida (check-out). El día y a la hora de su llegada un miembro de nuestro equipo le estará esperando en la vivienda para recibirle. Le entregará las llaves y le prestará su atención en castellano, inglés o francés, según sus necesidades. En el check-in recibirá toda la información precisa acerca de la vivienda y atenderá cualquier duda que le pueda surgir. Además se le hará entrega de un completo Manual de uso de la vivienda en castellano e inglés. Para su salida de la vivienda el día estipulado en contrato (check-out), nuestro personal coordinará una cita con Vd. para acudir a despedirle, recuperar las llaves y asegurarnos de que no olvida ningún objeto personal de forma inadvertida.

Si durante su estancia desea guardar su coche, consulte en el apartado “Comodidades” de la vivienda que Vd. ha seleccionado si la vivienda dispone de parking propio en el mismo inmueble. De lo contrario, nuestro personal le gestionará una plaza por días, semanas o meses en un aparcamiento cercano.
