Loft V4 is one of eight residences in the Q6B LOFTS building, a former bed factory situated in the heart of the old city of Madrid in the La Prosperidad neighborhood, part of the Chamartin district, at the boundary with the Salamanca district. The architectonic adaptation and design are the work of the firm Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos, winners of the 2012 Architectural Digest Prize for the best architects’ studio in Spain. In this project, the architects have kept in mind the dual principles of comfort and functionality which are essential if one needs to live temporarily away from home without missing one’s home comforts.

Loft V4 has a refreshingly comfortable design, is fully furnished and equipped, and bed linen is provided. It has a fully-fitted and equipped kitchen and, while the building has its own laundry room, the loft also has its own washing machine. This is a unique space with a 150cm double bed and a double sofa-bed in two areas that can be divided using a sliding panel. Its full sound insulation guarantees rest and relaxation. Thanks to its solar-powered heating and air conditioning system (summer and winter) there are no radiators or A/C units. All technology needs are covered,as it offers Internet connection by fiber-optic cable and Wi-Fi, and a home automation system. The property has a number of fitted wardrobes.

The following facilities are provided free of charge, to make your stay more comfortable: own storage room, private gym, laundry and video lending service, as well as a full set of furnishings and fittings for babies and small children.

Para su salida de la vivienda el día estipulado en contrato (check-out), nuestro personal coordinará una cita con Vd. para acudir a despedirle, recuperar las llaves y asegurarnos de que no olvida ningún objeto personal de forma inadvertida.
